A closeup abstract detail of a Kuna mola found in a small artisans shop in El Valle de Anton, Panama. Molas are reverse applique, hand-sewn by the Kuna Indians of the San Blas Islands and are traditionally worn as decorative artwork on the women's clothing, but are also very popular souvenirs for tourists.
