governmental complex area. In the foreground to the left is the
Muelle Fiscal where pelicans scavenging scraps of fish left over
from the small fishing boats scattered around the bay are visible.
Along the waterfront in the distance stretches the Panama City skyline--from
left to right is Calidonia, the Avenia Balboa business district
and Bella Vista area, where many large highrise buildings are visible,
and finally Punta Paitilla, an expensive residencial area to the
right where many new buildings are under contstruction. Panama City,
